Changeover fee - $350 flat fee (cleaning company, laundry service, hot tub maintenance, replace supplies etc at end of stay.) 

Payment is due 25% to reserve any dates. Full payment due 90 days before check-in. $2000 refundable damage deposit.

Payments are non-refundable unless able to refill your spot.  If able you will receive credit for use during different dates.

Discounts available for 2+ weeks.  

Discounts available for reservations 6+ months in advance (with full payment).

Eight adults max. We cannot accommodate large groups, summer shares, weekend rentals, large groups, weddings, graduations, etc. This is strictly enforced due to EH Town Code.
